- SAME DAY ORDERS MUST BE ORDERED by NOON.  After 12:00, you may CALL IN to see if we are able to accomodate a same day order.
- PRE-DESIGNED BALLOON GIFT BOUQUETS can be ordered Online CLICK HERE.
- TO CREATE YOUR OWN BALLOON GIFT BOUQUET, you must start with "I Want to Create My Own Gift Bouquet" item CLICK HERE, then return to the Balloon Catalog to add your balloon choices.
- MINIMUM ORDER for Delivery of Inflated Balloons: $29 plus Delivery Charge.
- BULK INFLATED BALLOONS, DECOR ORDERS OR TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS must be called in to insure proper scheduling for your event or party.
- HOSPITALS will only allow foil balloons.  Do not order latex for a hospital delivery.  Check with the hospital to be sure the patient has not been discharged.  If patient has gone home, delivery to their home address will incur a second delivery charge.
- SCHOOLS - Not all schools will allow balloon deliveries to students.  Please call school before ordering.
- RECIPIENT NOT HOME TO RECEIVE GIFT BOUQUET - We will anchor the bouquet in a safe place (or if driver deems there is no safe place, we will leave the bouquet with a neighbor).  We will call the Recipient's phone number which you provided, and leave a message as to where the bouquet has been left, so that he/she can call us if there is any problem.
- SUNDAY DELIVERY - DO NOT ORDER ON SUNDAY FOR A SUNDAY DELIVERY.  The Order Desk is not open on Sunday.  Balloon Gift Bouquets ordered for Sunday will be delivered the day before on Saturday (Latex will last because of Ultra Hi-float treatment).  We only deliver Bulk Balloons and Balloon Decor on Sunday, which must be ordered by phone in advance.  There is an overtime charge for Sunday deliveries.
- WRONG ADDRESS - Be sure you have given us the correct address.  If our driver has been dispatched to an incorrect address, delivery to a second address will incur a second delivery charge.
