      These delivery prices are base prices:  For up to 50 eleven inch balloons; each additional 50 balloons, add $3.  For one Helium Tank; each additional Helium Tank, add $3.


WHAT IS ULTRA HIGH-FLOAT?
      Ultra Hi-float is a non-toxic, washable, bio-degradable treatment, which coats the inside of a latex balloon to extend its float time.  Refer to chart below:

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BALLOON GIFT BOUQUET DELIVERIES?
      Scheduling your delivery not only purchases balloon product, but also purchases a time slot and room on our truck, and incurs preparation labor time, and credit card fees.  Therefore, if you cancel any time up until the balloons are inflated, we will refund the total less a 15% restocking fee.  Once the balloons are inflated, the purchase is non-refundable.


WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DECORATING SERVICES?
      For jobs scheduled more than 14 days prior to your event, full payment or a 50% deposit with balance due 14 days prior, is required to hold your date and time.  For jobs scheduled within 14 days prior to your event, full payment is required to hold your date and time slot.
      Scheduling your job will cause us to schedule Crew, prepare materials and refuse other Decorating Jobs for that date and time.  Therefore, if it is necessary for you to cancel within 48 hours of your event, your payment is non-refundable.  From 14 to 7 days prior to your event, we will refund your balance less any materials, costs for prep and other fees.  From 7 days to 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the total.


CAN I PLACE A SAME DAY ORDER?
      You can place a same day order, according to availability.  Same day orders called in by NOON can generally be accommodated.  After NOON, we will make every effort to accommodate your order if possible.  At times, our schedule is completely booked in advance, so it is always best to call at least by the day before.  SAME DAY ORDERS MUST BE CALLED IN - DO NOT ORDER A SAME DAY ORDER ON LINE.


HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE A DECORATING JOB?
      That depends on many factors.  One to two weeks is generally sufficient.  However, during Graduation season, holidays such as New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day, popular Wedding months such as June, etc., our schedule gets booked quickly.  Therefore, it may be best to inquire one to two months in advance.


ARE BALLOONS BIO-DEGRADEABLE?
      Latex balloons are a natural product made from biodegradable, and will disintegrate at the same rate as a leaf.  Foil balloons (also known as Micro-foil or Mylar), however, are coated plastic and are not biodegradable.  NEVER release a Foil balloon outdoors, as they are hazardous to electrical transformers.


ISN'T HELIUM DANGEROUS TO USE?
      Helium is a non-flammable, compressed gas.  Helium Tanks must be secured to prevent them from falling over.  Never place Tank near furnace, radiator or any other source of heat.  Never inhale Helium, as it can cause suffocation, serious injury or death.  When following these simple safety precautions, helium is easy and fun to use.  However, because the use of the rental equipment is out of our control, M & M Balloon Co. is not responsible or liable for any damages or injuries to persons and/or property arising from customer's use.


WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
FOR BALLOON GIFT BOUQUETS - We will be happy to replace any product deemed to be defective.  Under certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may deem it appropriate to make a full or partial refund.
FOR BALLOONS WE USE IN OUR DECORATING SERVICES - We will not leave your event until we are satisfied that you and your guests will enjoy our balloon design.
FOR BAGS OF BALLOONS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES:
Unused and unopened items - Customer to pay return shipping.  Restocking fee of 15%.
Defective item - we will send you a prepaid shipping label, and will replace any product deemed to be defective.  BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, CALL FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
UNUSED HELIUM - There is no refund for unused helium returned in a rented Helium Tank.
