MINIMUM BOUQUET for delivery is $70 plus delivery charge.
SAME DAY ORDERS MUST BE CALLED IN DO NOT place a Same Day Order online without calling to check availability first 206-890-3677. We DO NOT take Same Day Orders on Sunday or Monday.
SUNDAY AND MONDAY DELIVERY We DO NOT deliver Gift Bouquets on Sundays and Mondays. If you order a Balloon Gift Bouquet for Sunday, it will be delivered the day before on Saturday (Latex will last because of Ultra Hi-float treatment); Balloon Gift Bouquets ordered for Monday will not be delivered until Tuesday.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES Hospitals will only allow Foil Balloons and Bubbles. Do not order latex for a hospital delivery. Check with the hospital to be sure the patient has not been discharged. If patient has gone home, delivery to their home address will incur additional charges.
SCHOOL DELIVERIES Not all schools will allow balloon deliveries to students. Please call school before ordering.
RECIPIENT NOT HOME TO RECEIVE GIFT BOUQUET We will anchor the bouquet in a safe place (or if driver deems there is no safe place, we will leave the bouquet with a neighbor). We will call the Recipient's phone number which you provided and leave a message as to where the bouquet has been left, so that he/she can call us if there is any problem.
ANONYMOUS DELIVERY If you have not signed your name on the message card and the recipient asks who sent the bouquet, we will tell him/her the name of the person in the Billing Section of the order form. If you wish for the delivery to be anonymous, you must specify that in the "Order Instructions/Comments" section during Checkout.
WRONG ADDRESS Be sure you have given us the correct address. If our driver has been dispatched to an incorrect address, delivery to a second address will incur additional charges.
