Add this item to your cart, then go to our Balloon Catalog or Seasonal Balloons and add latex and/or foil balloons. We will coordinate your balloon choices, which will be artfully arranged and tied to a weight with your message card. Your balloon and weight order must total a minimum of $70, prior to addition of Candy, Plush and delivery charge (we will email you if it does not, which may delay your delivery).
