Customer requested a Broadway Musical Theme. The base is an upside down top hat, with foil fill, glittered Music Notes and Stars, and a different Playbill in each centerpiece.  The Clear 36 inch balloon with Star Print was attached to the base with a String of LED Lights.  

Delivery charge additional, depending on zip code.  Job start time outside of 9 to 5 business hours will incur an extra overtime charge.
